The Tyrannosaurus rex, or T.rex, is the world's most famous dinosaur.
Hollywood movies have shown this fearsome predator in different ways.
But what did the T.rex really look like?
A new exhibit at a science museum in New York City may answer this question.
Many scientists worked to make realistic T.rex models for the show.
In 1902, scientists discovered the first fossil of the T.rex in the United States.
Since then, they have learned many things about the creature, which lived about 65 million years ago.
For example, they now believe the T.rex had feathers on its body.
So at the new exhibit, visitors can see a feathered version of the T.rex.
The exhibit also includes baby models of the dinosaur.
When a T.rex was born, it was the size of a chicken and had soft feathers.
It probably looked a lot like a fluffy bird.
Then, the T.rex grew immensely for 20 years until it became an adult.
The adult dinosaur was 13 meters tall, with a powerful jaw and sharp teeth.
Visitors are impressed by the New York exhibit.
They say they learned many new things about the famous predator.
