Koreans in Hollywood

These days, three actors are preparing to make their debut in the United States.

Soon, we may see them in Hollywood movies and TV shows.

 

• Kang Dong-won

The top hallyu actor has starred in many hit Korean films.

He is currently in Los Angeles working on his first Hollywood movie, titled "Tsunami L.A."

In the film, Kang plays a surfer who struggles to survive during a natural disaster.

 

• Ma Dong-seok

Ma is a Korean-American actor who is hugely popular in Korea.

Nowadays, he is discussing a U.S. remake of his Korean movie. "The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil."

Ma could also join the cast of a future Marvel superhero movie, "The Eternals."

 

• Han Hyo-joo

The actress is known for popular Korean TV dramas like "W" and movies like "Cold Eyes."

Now, she is a cast member of "Treadston," an upcoming American T.V show based on a famous spy film.

In it, Han plays a North Korean woman who must protect her family.
