Silly Mistakes

Everyone makes mistakes.

Sometimes, all we can do is laugh about it.

Here are three silly mistakes that recently happened around the world.

• Kitty Politician

In June, a politician in Pakistan streamed a meeting online.

Many people watched it on the internet.

Suddenly, the politician's face changed into a cat with pink ears and whiskers.

That's because a cameraman accidentally turned on the camera filter on the computer.

The politician was a little embarrassed.

But most people thought it was cute.

• Spelling Error on Money

In 2018, Australia introduced a new 50-dollar bill.

The bill contained some text in very letters.

Early this year, someone read the tiny text with a magnifying glass.

Surprisingly, he found a spelling mistake.

The word, "responsibility," was missing an "i".

• A Little Too Soon

In July, a 5,000-meter race took place in Switzerland.

For the race, runners had to run around a track many times.

Suddenly, on runner slowed down and began to celebrate.

He believed he had won the race

Unfortunately, he was mistaken.
