Santa Claus Congress

Santa Clauses around the world are very busy in December.

They have to meet lots of children and hand out candies and gifts.

But what do Santas do during the rest of year?

In July, many of them take part in the World Santa Claus Congress.

The World Santa Claus Congress started in 1957.

It takes place every summer in an amusement park in Denmark.

Around 100 Santas from all over the world take part in the event.

They share stories about their experiences.

They talk about their plans for the upcoming Christmas.

The congress also has many special events just for the Santas.

For example, the Santas go on a tour around other parts of Denmark.

They also participate in races, fashion shows, and parades.

This year, the World Santa Claus Congress was held from July 22 to 26.

The Santas had fun before their hard work begins later this year.
