superheroes and Phobias

Superhero movie are very popular these days.

But it turns out that they might have some health benefits, too.

A research group in Italy did a study of people with certain phobias.

It wanted to see if superhero films could help them overcome their fears.

The researchers played shot clips from the movies, "Spider-Man" and "Ani-Man."

They were shown to people who suffered from phobias of spiders and ants.

Afterwards, the participants were given tests to measure their fear levels.

Surprisingly, the researchers found that the phobia levels for spiders and ants had dropped by 20 percent.

The researchers said that the superhero movies helped people see their fears in a positive way.

"These fun films could be an easy and powerful tool against phobias," a member of the research group said.

Other scientists also think that superhero films benefit our mental health.

One scientist said that superhero teams taught people about the importance of social support and friendship.

Another scientist said that fans learned about coping with difficult situations through superhero stories.
