### First Snowfall in Kora

 

Winter is almost here.

On October 15, snow fell in Gangwon Province.

It was the first snowfall in Korea this year.

The snow fell on Seorksan Mountain.

It was sleet.

So, it did not cover the mountain.

The first snow fell three days earlier than last year.

This year, winter will come earlier, too.

"I hope to see a white mountain soon," on boy said.

### Biggest Airport

 

Recently, China opened a new airport.

It's an international airport in Beijing.

The airport is the biggest in the world.

It's three times bigger than Incheon International Airport.

The airport has six long terminals.

They connect at the center.

So, the airport looks like a giant starfish.

Also, the airport has many computers.

People can check in by themselves.

This is very convenient.

"Over 100 million passengers will visit this airport," on official said.

### Frozen 2

 

After five years, the "Frozen" movie series is back.

Everyone's favorite characters return in the new movie.

In it, Elsa and Anna go on a new adventure.

Kris-toff, Sven, and Olaf are also with them.

The sisters go into the unknown.

There, they look for the truth about their past.

They also learn about Elsa's ice powers.

"Frozen 2" is a big and exciting animation movie.

It also has many new songs, such as "Into the Unknown."

### Rising Figure Skaters

 

Kim Yu-na a retired skating champion.

Her success inspired many young South Koreans.

Thanks to her, many of them are following their skating dreams.

Here are two of them.

• Lee Hae-in

Lee started skating when she was eight years old.

Now, the 14-year-old figure skater already has two Junior Grand Pix titles.

Kim Yu-na is the only other South Korean stater to do this.

Because of her achievements, Lee will compete in the Junior Grand prix Final this Desember.

• Cha Jun-hwan

Cha started skating when he was seven years old.

In December 2018, the 18-year-old figure skater made history.

He became the first Korean male skater to win a medal at a Grand Prix Final.

Cha is not just an amazing figure skater.

He also worked as a child actor, model, and ballet dancer.

### Fire bugs

 

Recently, some insects were found in Korea.

They are about 0.7 centimeters long.

They are red and black.

These insects are a kind of rove beetle.

But Koreans call them "fire bugs."

Fire bugs do not bite people.

But people should not touch them.

That's because fir bugs have a chemical.

This chemical can hurt people's skin.

It feels like a bad burn.

Thankfully, the hurt goes away after a few weeks.

But people should still be careful.
