### Sticky Monsters
Seokchon Lake is in Seoul.
In October, the lake had some special guests.
The guests were big balloons.
They looked like cartoon characters.
They floated on the lake.
A team of Korean artists made the big balloons.
The team is called Sticky Monster Lab.
One Sticky Monster was 16 meters tall.
It was made with recycled plastic.
"These balloons are very cute," one visitor said.

### 'Chicken-less' Chicken
A fast-food restaurant has new chicken nuggets.
These nuggets are "chicken-less"!
They look like normal chicken nuggets.
They are crispy and delicious.
But the nuggets have no chicken in them.
They only have vegetables.
These days, many people are vegetarian.
So, there are many vegetarian foods.
For example, there are meatless burgers.
There are also "eggless" eggs.
"We are happy to enjoy the meatless foods," one woman said.
### Life on a Planet?
In September, scientists found an amazing planet.
They think it has life.
First, this planet has water.
Water is important for life.
Other planets have water, too.
But they are too hot or cold.
On the other hand, this planet is warm.
It is good for living things.
The planet is 111 light years from Earth.
That is very far away.
Maybe one day, people can visit this planet!
### Moon at the U.N.
Every year, the United Nations has a big meeting.
It takes place in September.
Many world leaders give speeches.
This year, President Moon Jae-In went to the U.N. meeting.
He gave a speech to the 193 member countries.
Moon talked about the Korean Peninsula.
He said South and North Koera must find peace.
Moon also talked about the DMZ between the two Koreas.
Because of the war, no one is allowed there.
"But someday, the war will be over," Moon said.
"Then, the DMZ will become a special zone for world peace."

### Drawing on Windows
Bird do not understand clear windows.
Sometimes, they fly into windows.
Then, they get hurt.
This happened at an elementary school in the United States.
So, the students did a kind thing.
They drew pictures on the windows.
The pictures are interesting.
The birds can see the pictures, too.
So, they can avoid the windows.
