"하면 할수록 감이 더 생기는거 같아" / "뒤로 갈수록 더 어려워져" / "갈수록 좀 심해지는거 같아" --  우리가 일상적으로  다양하게 사용하는 표현들 - 이번 영상은 지난 Part 1 에 이어서 비례식 묘사/표현을 더 다양하게 하는 것을 배우고 연습해봅니다.

 

The smaller it is the easier it gets to carry around but that doesn't not necessarily mean that the smaller the better.

 

기능이 많을 수록 좋다.

The more functions it has (there are)  the better it is

The more functions the better (it is)

 

사람이 많을수록 좋아

The more the people the better

The more the people there are the better (it is).

 

좀 더 편한 구성을 골라서 쓰자.

 

거기에 일찍 도착할 수록 준비할 시간이 많아지니까 이를 수록 좋을거 같아.

The earlier we get (arrive) there, the more time we'll have to prepare. So I think the earlier the better.

 

너가 지금 일을 더 많이 끝내 놓을 수록 나중에 너가 할 일이 더 줄어들어.

The more work you do (finish) now, The less (work) there'll be (for you) to do later.

 

하면 할수록  (조금씩) 감이더 오는거 같아

I feel like I am getting better at it each (every) time (I do / try it) 

• 좋은것 같아  I feel like ~ 

• 무엇에 대한 감이 (안)온다

• I feel like I'm getting better at it  나는 점점더 감이 나아지는것 같다.

• get the hang of @ / get a feel for @ 등..

• 하면할수록 / 할때마다 each time / every time

 

하면할수록  (조금씩) 이해가 되는것 같아

더 모어 표현 말고도 이런 표현도 있다. 시간의 흐름에 중점.

 

시간이 지날수록 나이질꺼야.

As time goes by, It's going to get better.

It's going to get better as time goes by.

• 시간이 지날수록 / 시간이 지나면서    as time goes by

 

경험을 더 많이 쌓을수록 쉬워질거야. 

As you gain more experience its going to get easier.

It is going to be easier as you gain more experience.

 

이야기가 진행될수록 점점 더 복잡해져

As the story progresses it becomes more and more complicated.

It becomes more complicated as the story progresses.

 

끝에 갈 수록 더 어려워져써.

As I got closer to the end it became (got) more difficult.

Towards to the end  it got more difficult.

It become more difficult as I got closer to the end.
