Yeah, it's nice. But what happened to your old one? Didn't you just get it last year?

> Yeah, I did. But bought a cheap one and I guess I shouldn't have.

> Last week I was just working and all of a sudden the computer just conked out on me.

> I'm not sure what happened but, uh, totally died. So here I am with a new laptop.

Yeah, that kind of gets expensive. Yeah, it's been hard on my wallet.

 

to peter out : 무언가가 서서히 멈춘다는 것을 의미

Yeah, but I just heard thee weather report on the news and they said the rain is going to peter out in about an hour.
