### Musical Instrument Library

 

People borrow books from a library.

But at this library,  you can also borrow musical instruments.

The new library opened recently in Osan, Gyeonggi Province.

In total, it has about 1,000 musical instruments.

There are violins, guitars, and trumpets.

Also, the library has many traditional Korean instruments.

There, visitors can check out musical instruments.

They can borrow books about music, too.

"I am going to learn the electric guitar," one boy said.

### Tiny Notebook Computer

 

Notebook computers are usually small.

But this new computer is tiny.

It is only a few centimeters wide.

The computer's name is ThinkTiny.

An American university student built it.

The computer's keyboard does not work.

But it has a real black-and-white screen.

Also, there is a red button.

It is like a mouse or a joystick.

With it, you can play some games on the computer.

"I made this computer for fun," the student said.

### No Sitting on Spanish Steps

 

The Spanish Steps are a famous tourist site in Rome, Italy.

There are 174 steps, and a church is at the top of the stairs.

The Spanish Steps became famous after they were shown in the movie, "Roman Holiday," in 1953.

So now, they are crowded with many tourists.

People take pictures and enjoy ice cream while sitting on the stairs.

However, Rome city officials recently banned sitting on the steps.

This is because too many people damaged the stairs.

"When you sit on the steps, you may be fined 250 euro," one official said.

### LightSail

 

In July, scientists tested a new spacecraft.

It has very special technology.

The spacecraft's name is LightSail.

Amazingly, it runs on solar energy.

The spacecraft has huge sails.

These sails absorb sunlight.

They store solar energy.

Then, the spacecraft moves forward with the energy.

It's the first spacecraft to move in this way.

"We are very happy with our test flight," one scientist said.

In the future, there will be many uses for LightSail.

For example, it will help small satellites to move with solar energy, too.

### Lego Safari Animals

 

A safari park opened in England July.

There are zebras, hyenas, giraffes, and lions.

In total, the park has 82 different animals.

Actually, these animals are not real.

There are Lego animals.

Lego artists built the Lego animals.

The animals are life-sized.

People can see them at the outdoor park.

"I took pictures with a hyena," one boy said.
