Yoo Jae-suk Is Back on Top

For over a decade, Yoo Jae-suk has had the reputation as being "the nation's MC."

After a brief lull in his popularity, he is back on top with a string of new shows.

In the past, Yoo was part of a huge number of hit variety and reality shows.

He was best known for the comedy variety program, "Infinite Challenge," which he took over as host in 2005.

He also hosted other popular shows, such as "Running Men," "X-Man," and "Family Outing."

For a long time, Yoo had the Midas touch, and almost all his shows turned into hits.

But then, things showed signs of slowing down for the comedian, especially after "Infinite Challenge" aired its final episode in early 2018.

Many even wondered if this was to be the end of Yoo's reign.

It turn out that this was not the case.

In late 2018, Yoo introduced his first program for the steaming service Netflix.

"Busted!" is a hilarious really program that mixes elements of mystery thrillers.

The web television series recently began its second season with high ratings.

Also, the comedian recently launched two more really shows on television: Yoo Quiz on the Block" on TvN and "Hangout with Yoo" on MBC.

In the latter show, Yoo takes on funny and outrageous challenges, as he used to do on "Infinite Challenge."

Yoo has especially gained attention for his attempt at music.

On "Hangout With Yoo." he turned himself into a triot singer named "Yoo San-ssel."

He has even put on busking performances and released two songs online under this stage name.
