#. Watch What You Eat
Recently, there was a survey.
It asked students about their diet.
About 70 percent of the students had an unhealthy diet.
They did not eat enough vegetables.
They rarely had a salad.
But they enjoyed spicy and salty foods.
For example, they often had fried chicken, pizza, or tteokbokki.
"You should have a balanced diet," one doctor said.
"So, eat more vegetables."
