New Figure Skating Stars 본문
Kim Yuna is one of the greatest figure skaters in history.
She retired in 2014, but she continues to inspire young Koreans.
Now, there is a new generation of Korean figure skaters.
Here are two young stars who are impressing the world.
@ Lee hae-in
This year, the 14-year-old figure skater captured two Junior Grand Prix titles.
Because of her accomplishments, Lee is competing in the Junior Grand Prix Final this December.
Many people call Lee the next Kim Yuna.
They hope the teenager will win a medal at the 2022 Winter Olympics.
@ Cha Jun-hwan
In late 2018, Cha won the bronze medal at the Grand Prix Final.
He became the first Korean male skater to win a Grand Prix medal.
When Cha was young, he was also a child actor.
Now, the 18-year-old skater is completely focused on his skating career.
Hopefully, he will continue to make history for Korean figure skating.
