BTS Returns With New Album

In the past several years, BTS has been one of the hottest musical acts in the world.

Now, after a brief break, the popular boy-band is back with its fourth Korean-language album.

On February 21, the world-famous K-pop group released "Map of the Soul:7."

The album contains 20 tracks, including five from a previous EP.

The remaining 15 tracks are brand new songs.

The lead single of the album is "ON," an energetic hip-hop track featuring Australian singer-songwriter Sia.

Its lyrics talk honestly about the growth of the group during the seven years since its debut.

"In these past seven years, there were times when we felt unstable and even afraid," said the group's member Suga.

"Now, we have found our balance and confidence."

Along with "ON," there are many special tracks to satisfy the fans.

The song "UGH" highlights the group's three rappers, RM, J-Hope, and Suga.

Other tracks showcase the talents of individual vocalists.

They include Jimin's "Filter," Jungkook's "My Time," V's "Inner Child," and Jin's "Moon."

As expected, the new album swept music charts soon after its release.

In Korea, it sold a whopping 2.6 million copies on its first day, setting a new record.

In addition, BTS started promoting the album by appearing on television in the United States.

The first took the stage on the morning show, "Today," and then appeared on late-night talk shows like "The Tonight Show" and "The Late Late Show."

The boy-band is also planning a world tour that will begin with a concert in Seoul in mid-April.
