#. Stretching Exercises

 

Nowadays Korean students are taking online classes.

But it can be hard to sit in front of the computer all day.

That is why it is important to move your body.

So, let's learn some stretches!

@ Stiff shoulders

Bring your shoulders up.

Hold them close to your ears for two seconds.

Then, roll them back.

Do this eight times.

Then, do it again, but roll your shoulders forward.

@ Eye Strain

Close your eyes.

Then, gently press the muscle under your eyebrows with your thumbs.

Message from there to the middle of your forehead.

Press for ten seceonds.

Do this three times.

@ Neck Pain

Sit on your right hand.

Then, put your left hand on your head.

Tilt your neck to the left at forty-five degrees.

Hold for ten seconds.

Do this three times.

Then, switch hands to stretch the right side.
