사람들이 아이를 가지고 부모가 되면 

I think people who have children and become parents 

 

부모 교육같은 것을 받아야만 하는, 그런 시스템이 있어야 된다고 생각해요.

• require  필요[요구]하다, 필요로 하다

        결정을 지어주는 뭔가가 있는것  규율 / 규정지어주는 필요성을 제기할때 사용

좀 비현실적이고 꽤 무리한 요구처럼 들릴 수 있다는 것은 알아요.
