On September 28, an island newly opened to the public in Seoul.

It is now a musical and cultural facility for the area.

Nodeulseom Island is located on Han River between Youngsan and Noryangin districts.

It was abandoned for over 50 years.

Then, the Seoul government decided to develop it into a cultural site for citizens.

On the island, there is a live concert hall that seats 456 audience members.

Also, an outdoor theater lets citizens enjoy music performances and the beautiful scenery at the same time.

People can also visit exhibits, cafes, and a library.

There are even spaces for artists to create their art.

The Han River Bridge runs through the island.

So, people can take a bus or walk along the bridge to reach the island.
