Lottery Players Win With Zeroes

Sometimes unusual happened during a lottery in the United States in June.

Believe it or not, the winning numbers were 0.0.0, and 0!

The lottery took place in North Carolina.

In this game, players must pick four numbers.

However, they can choose one number more than once.

They can even select the same number four times, though the odds of winning this way is 1 in 10,000.

You may think that no one could possibly choose four zeroes.

But surprisingly, over 2,000 people in North Carolina did this and were rewarded for their strategy.

They shared the top prize of 7.8 million dollars.

"We're excited to show off our big check," one winner said.

Another winner thanked his wife, because she had casually suggested playing four zeroes that day.
