There are too many cars on the road.

This wastes people's time.

It also makes pollution.

The government wants people to drive less.

So, it made a big decision.

From now on, buses and subways are free in Luxembourg.

Of course, this will cost the government a lot of money.

But life will be better for people in Luxembourg.
