Recently, some scientists studied the ocean near Australia.

They found some interesting sharks.

These sharks were small.

They ate small fish and other sea creatures.

They also went to shallow waters.

There, they stopped swimming.

They started walking!

They used their fins on the rocks.

The scientists found four new species of walking sharks.

Now, there are nine species of walking sharks in the world.

But walking sharks are very rare.

So, the scientists say we must protect them.
