I was wanting to go to Calgary 7:25 p.m.

> Oh, actually, we don't have a 7:25 today.

What time's the next time?

> It'll be, maam, I'm sorry, it'll be 10:20 tonight.

OK, I'll wait. How much is it?

> It's going to be $22.50.

OK.

> And you've only got just the one bag, correct?

I forgot I've got to weigh that.

> Just make sure that you tear the old tag off, too.

OK.

> Your bus is going to be leaving out there from gate 10 at 10:20. 

> Just make sure you tear that old bag tag off for me, OK? And put this new one on. We'll make a call when your bus is ready.
