Its owner wants to sell it.
But there is one problem.
The house may be haunted!
About 50 years ago, an old women lived there.
Peoples say her ghost is still there.
Sometimes, the ghost makes noise in the kitchen.
She likes to bang the pots.
"But the ghost is not dangerous," the owner said.
"Plus, it is a nice house."
