Recently, a British cable channel honored Son.

It did this in two ways.

First, the channel said Son was Tottenham's player of the year.

It said Son was the team's leader.

Second, it hightlighted Son's goal in December.

He kicked the ball across the field.

He scored 73 meters away from the goalpost.

The cable channel called it one of the best goals of 2019.
